Super Swimmer Squad is proud to be a small family business!


This is who you talk to about basically everything!  She is in charge of scheduling, registration, questions, comments, concerns, and making sure everything runs smoothly.  During the off season she can be reached via email,  During the swim season she can be reached the same way or you can find her on the back deck with her feet up!


Krysten is fully certified through the Life Saving Society and has loads of experience instructing swimmers of all ages.  She has a passion for working with children and a special place in her heart for those with exceptionalities.  Krysten is a graduated from the University of British Columbia with degrees in Kinesiology and Education.  She has been teaching for the Vancouver School Board this past year, working on her Master’s of Special Education and launching a not-for-profit for young adults with intellectual disabilities.   We are excited for her to back with us for a little bit this year!

Darryn is fully certified through the Life Saving Society and has a number of years of swim instructing.  She is an excellent instructor and has a passion for helping kids succeed at their own pace.  Darryn is a graduated from Algoma University with a degree in psychology and holds an additional certificate in Social Welfare.  This past year she was visited Australia and spent the winter working in Tofino, BC!  We are super happy Darryn is on the Super Swimmer Squad!

Leif is a certified swim and life saving instructor through the Life Saving Society and will be joining the team again this year!  He is an excellent teacher!  In his spare time he loves reading, Marvel, Star Wars and Lego!  He was a former Super Swimmer Squad student and now he is one of our super instructors! This past year Leif has been in Cranbrook, BC working towards his level 1 Carpentry Apprenticeship.


Griffen will be joining the Super Swimmer Team again this summer!  He is a fully certified swim and life saving instructor through the Life Saving Society.  In his spare time he enjoys working out!  Griffen had the opportunity to hone his instructing skills working for the City of Markham during our off season.  He is looking forward to helping the kids become Super Swimmers!
