This is who you talk to about basically everything!  She is in charge of scheduling, registration, questions, comments, concerns, and making sure everything runs smoothly.  During the off season she can be reached via email,, or by phone 905.201.9658.  During the swim season she can be reached the same way or you can find her on the back deck with her feet up!

Krysten Lindquist

Krysten is fully certified through the Life Saving Society and has loads of experience instructing swimmers of all ages.  She is patient and encouraging and will help students progress while having a good time.  She has a passion for working with children and a special place in her heart for those with exceptionalities.  Krysten is a graduated from the University of British Columbia with a dual degree in Kinesiology and Education.  She has been teaching for the Vancouver School Board this past year. She will be teaching through the month of August this summer!  We are excited for her to back with us again this year!

Darryn Lindquist

Darryn is fully certified through the Life Saving Society and has a number of years of swim instructing.  She is quiet but don’t let that fool you!  She is an excellent instructor and has a passion for helping kids succeed at their own pace.  Darryn is a graduated from Algoma University with a degree in psychology.  This past year she completed an additional certificate program in Social Welfare while playing varsity basketball.  She will be teaching throughout the season this year.  We are super happy Darryn is on the Super Swimmer Squad!

Leif Lindquist

Leif is a certified swim and life saving instructor through the Life Saving Society and will be joining the team again this year!  Prior to the pandemic he was part of the MDHS swim team.  In his spare time he loves reading, Marvel, Star Wars and Lego!  He was a former Super Swimmer Squad student and now he is one of our super instructors!
